Nowadays the Technical Designing Department use a wide range of instruments to project, simulate and verify new products. With “digital prototyping” it is possible to better understand and foresee the final performances of the designed parts, since the beginning of the study. This work makes possible the improvement of the designing phase toward safe solutions avoiding hazards. The simulation kineto-mechanical in digital prototyping gives the opportunity to the engineer to take well-reasoned decisions on critical choices. Simulating the movement of the rods, for example, it will be possible to evaluate the mechanical reaction and the stresses.
Our Technical Department, for example, use this resource to design the most important parts of all our range of machines, in particular all moving components as well as the machine platens.
