At K 2025, from October 8 to 15 in Düsseldorf, WM Thermoforming Machines is returning to the world’s leading plastics and rubber trade fair with more space and more innovation. Our booth – now 349 sqm, a significant expansion compared to past editions – gives us the opportunity to welcome visitors into an immersive experience of WM technology in action.
Two machines, live and running
This year, we will showcase two fully operational thermoforming lines on site.
FX780 IM2
This steel rule cutting machine features an integrated Automatic In-line AI Vision Inspection System for quality control, and the D-Lifter, our in-line elevator for product discharge with new design. An example of speed, accuracy, and smart automation.
Product in demo: XPP (expanded PP) menu boxes, a sustainable, customizable packaging solution designed for strength, insulation, and branding flexibility.
TWIST700
Running with the new MSvS stacker, one of the fastest stacking solutions available on the market, and great with typical “tricky” formats like shallow or lightweight products. This tilting mould machine is built for flexibility and high-speed production, while granting a relevant reduction in production costs.
Product in demo: PET transparent juice cups, handled with ease thanks to advanced part control and optimized downstream handling.
Thanks to their mould compatibility, both machines are ideal also for those currently using equipment from other manufacturers, providing flexibility without the need for costly tooling replacement. These two lines demonstrate our commitment to making advanced thermoforming more intuitive, connected, and efficient.
