WM Thermoforming Machines in this case has combined existing technologies in order to find the solution to increase productivities on PP products that are requiring closed cutting tolerance.
These products are normally managed through an in-mould trimming technology on the lower tilting machine which is limited by the big forming area as high inertial movements are generated from heavy molds.
WM Thermoforming Machines is answering the following questions:
-Can I increase machine productivity without decreasing the cutting tolerance on Polypropylene applications?
-Can I preserve high quality using big machine platen?
-Can I design an In-line extruder and thermoforming machine with a fully automated process from the raw material to the boxing unit?
You will be able to see the results of these tests during Switzerland Summer time, from end of July to end of August 2017.
