WM Thermoforming Machines has participated at the PLAST ALGER 2020 fair, which was held in the Algerian capital from 09 to 12 March 2020, here some notes on this event.
As we all know, the phenomenon of crown virus propagation, which is still causing many problems in terms of the movement of people and not only, has made difficult to many visitors and exhibitors reach Alger, and certainly this phenomenon has affected the presence of local visitors to the fair, which has not reached the same turnout of two years ago.
Many companies from Italy, Austria, France, Belgium and Switzerland were present, while almost all Chinese firms were missed.
Due the situation in Algeria, the information were collected thanks to our agent Mr. Lotfi from Marital (Casablanca, Morocco, Lotfi Oulderrahmania lotfi1970@gmail.com), him speaking with the visitors, who stopped at the WM stand, has reported their cautious optimism, because politically the country is recovering after the election of the new president of the republic and the establishment of the new government, therefore the entrepreneurs they estimate that in 2020 many projects could be unlocked, which remained on stand-by throughout 2019 in various sectors, including food packaging activities, which concern us more directly.
In conclusion following the turnout at our stand, we have collected some contacts, which deserve to be explored in the short future.
