WM Thermoforming Machines At Chinaplas 2017

Even in 2017 WM Thermoforming Machines will be present at the 2^nd most important trade fair for the plastic and rubber industries, Chinaplas 2017 that will take place in Guangzhou from 16^th to 19^th May and is organized by Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd.

This will be the 31^st edition of the event, in which WM has taken part in the past 10 years. Chinaplas has gained increasing importance and attracts all the top buyers and suppliers from China and all the world, with its 250.000 sqm of exhibition area, it is expected to attract more than 140.000 visitors this year.

China is a very wide and interesting market for the plastics and rubber sector, which is continuously growing, even if at smaller rate than before.

WM Thermoforming Machines will be present at the event in the Swiss Pavilion, Booth 9.2 – F41. Our Area Manager will update customers about all the recent innovations concerning the complete range of WM’s thermoforming machines and equipment, that is composed by FC Series, Vacuum and pressure thermoforming machines with steel rule cutting, FT Series, In-mould trimming thermoforming machines with lower tilting platen, COMPLETE IN-LINE Plants, extrusion and thermoforming machines with direct recycling of the scraps, until the final product packaging.

To complete the range of products offered by WM Thermoforming Machines, has been recently introduced the Twist Series, with the small and flexible Twist 300, come at its 2^nd generation, in-mould trimming with lower 90 degree tilting platen for thermoforming products with a max negative depth of 120 mm, and the new tilting machine Twist 700, a pressure forming machine with lower tilting platen without mechanical cams, which has been presented as world premiere at the last K show in Düsseldorf.

Beside the thermoforming machines, WM offers to its customers the new extruder generation N.EXT, including screw diameters of 45-75-90 mm, L/D ratio of 36 and output capacity from 450 to 900 Kg/h for Polypropylene material, the Rim Rolling machine B1400 for customers who are looking for improved product quality of their conical cups or containers. These rimming units are widely used in the production of disposable cups made of Polystyrene, Polypropylene, APET or PLA and the Pre-heating units PH 920 – PH 1100.
