December 2012 and January 2013
All time: FC 780 E Speedmaster Plus (form+cut+stack 780x570mm)) – With three axis robot stacking unit. On demonstration with a 4 cavities mould for eggs container (PET and OPS Materials).
From 3 to 10th December 2012
FT 700 (705x400mm) punch and die thermoforming machine with lower tilting platen, equipped with blowing stacking unit. Dry cycling.
From 17th December 2012 to 15 January 2013
INTEC 900 (880x520mm): Complete In-line plant for PP drinking cups. The line includes extruder, calender, thermoforming machine with lower tilting platen and ancillary equipments.The mould has 57 cavities for a 200 cc PP cup. Production rate: 118.000 pcs./hr
From 17th to 20th December 2012
FT 500 (570x375mm) punch and die thermoforming machine with lower tilting platen. The machine is equipped with a 22 cavities mould for PP 200cc drinking cups. This machine will operate with automatic stacking and counting system and will be equipped with a PH900 pre-heating unit for PP film.
